Who is invited. Details/Notes
National Leadership Seminar. Officers and Potential Officers This is the most prestigious training offered in the Order.  It focuses on leadership style, not basic lodge operations.  Cost is usually paid by the lodge upon approval by Lodge Executive Committee.  Learn to Lead and Succeed in the Order. Every 2 Yrs.
Conclave All Members Join in an incredible time of your OA Career. This is by far the best event in our area.  All of Lodge 424's Officers strongly suggest you attend.  Please click "Conclave" for more information.
LLD Any one wanting to become a better leader LLD is Lodge Leadership Development this is a Lodge program dedicated to your leadership skills. If you have every thought of becoming a leader attend this program to see what leadership is all about. We recommend this program for everyone.
Vigil Weekend Vigil Members and Candidates This event allows Vigil members to gather each year in conjunction with the induction of new members into the Vigil Honor.  Following a steak dinner and fellowship time, the candidates will endure their Vigil experience.  Cost is $10.
OA High Adventure Members 14-20 years old OA High Adventure allows Arrowmen to attend the three National High Adventure bases - Philmont, Northern Tier, and Sea Base - for two weeks; one spent performing service, and the second on a trek through the wilderness.  Applications and information for 2006 are now available.
